Advising My-Assist in acquisition and sale and lease back

Ambos has successfully assisted My-Assist in the acquisition of “Résidence des Ardennes”, a retirement home combined with assisted living care flats located in Attert. The acquisition was directly followed by a sale and lease back of the real estate by way of a contribution in Care Property Invest’s capital.
